    After further review, the problem seems to have been an isolated case.

apologies for not getting back to you earlier but I can't duplicate this even on your save.

Did you try putting your built into a new save and see if it works there ?

    I will try to place the build in another world save and see how it fares. Whether or not it was, in fact, an isolated incident I will inform you when I find out.
