Sims Freeze for Hours & Infant Milestones Won’t Complete (Post Patch)

ssue 1 — Sims Freezing:
- Sims randomly freeze for hours of in-game time.
- Time passes and needs decay, but they won’t respond to commands.
- Canceling tasks doesn’t work. Only way to fix is exiting and reloading the game.
- Happens every ~30 minutes of gameplay, even on new saves.
Issue 2 — Infant Milestones:
- Infants get stuck trying to reach milestones (especially “lift head”).
- The milestone sparkle appears, but it never completes after many attempts.
- Also, the playmat causes Sims to repeatedly queue and cancel “put baby down” actions, creating a constant swishing noise.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Play normally for ~30 minutes.
- Sims may freeze.
- Try infant milestones and use the playmat.
Expected Result:
- Sims act normally, milestones complete, no action loops.
Actual Result:
- Sims freeze, milestones never complete, actions loop with noise.
Tested on new save & no mods—issue still occurs.
