MargeKinson Are you getting BSODs while playing Sims 4? They're definitely happening in general, but the dxdiag doesn't make it clear when. Other than that, I do see one crash of the graphics driver, but it's unclear whether that's related to the game or the result of some other system issue.
For now, I'd suggest doing a manual update of your system drivers. Go here:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/desktops
Enter your serial number, choose your OS (just Windows 11 is fine) if prompted, and you'll land on the driver download page for your system. Rather than letting the page find and install drivers for you, check for a new BIOS version first. Your current one is F.08. If there is a newer one, install it (read the instructions for how to proceed), restart, and then download and install the chipset driver package. It's fine if some of these drivers are already up-to-date; the point is to check.
Once you've done that, restart again, and then you can let the site check for other outdated drivers. If any install, restart yet again and then try to play.
For the Sims 4 issues, please test with fresh sims just to make sure this isn't an issue with your current ones. Create them from scratch, use the randomizer if you like, but don't download or randomize from the Gallery, as some sims there can be a bit broken.
