Sims keep on buffering/freezing
Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Nederlands
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.349.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expasion packs EXCEPT: Love struck All game packs EXCEPT: journey to Batou All the stuff packs Every kit EXCEPT: Bust the dust, Country kitchen, Everyday clutter, Grunge revival, Castle Estate, Goth Galore, Party Essentials, Urban Homage, Cozy Bistro and Riviera Retreat.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? They are especially good to find while interacting with childeren (infants, toddlers and kids).
What happens when the bug occurs? While playing the sims take long time to do different kind of things. Like putting a toddler to bed or to take a bathe. They stop what they are doing like there pausing but they are not freezing (they keep on breathing? minimaal moving) and they keeps going. Which means making homework while getting tutored by a parent takes 4 to 5 sims hours. But also going to the toilet. A lot of takes takes half a day. So most of the time I reset the sims. Her kids are werewolves and the mother is a spellcaster. They have a dog. Maybe extra information that will help.
What do you expect to see? I hope to see that my sims don't keep on buffering and that not one single task takes half their day.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

I tried repairing the game and tried to clean my files. Both didn't work. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you for stopping by and reading my report!

@IrisAlvarezRocas Given the graphics driver-related errors in your dxdiag, it's worth doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
If that doesn't help, I'd like to see a new dxdiag.
Separately, what exact drives do you have in this computer? I've found some conflicting information on the C drive's product number. And are they in fact SCSI, which would require an adapter; or just standard SATA drives?
