Sims litteraly have ping in their actions

Hi, 
So I play the sims 4 on and on, and when I played in february this year I had no problems. I restarted the game a week ago, did all of the updates and even started out a fresh save. 
But since i started this new save I have troubles with my sims. Sometimes they stay frozen before starting an action, and nothing I can do un-frozes them. 
Like they are in the bathroom, i click on wash hands and then maybe eat left-overs from the fridge and they'll just stay frozen for like 2 sim hour. 
What's worse is that shift click and re initializing them does not do nothing, except sometime it's like they in fact were not frozen for the game just for me so the reset will teleport them somewhere else with their needs updated (if they were hungry)

And yes I play with mods but I did not add any since last time.
