Sims not do actions frozen even after use reset sim

i got a new family of sims. After I did the date and I sent them home. That's when my sims where all in like a paused state but game was not on pause. I click on Bryan Grffin sim as he was standing at the fridge with food in hand in a frozen state one was setting down after I click on do homework but got the homework but just stood there with it in hand. I use the reset sim cheat that's in the game as I knew it works on frozen sims. Yes it worked to a fashion. But they froze again. I could not get them to work at all so I decided to save and go to game menu it saved thank goodness I did as when it was loading to the menu it stopped working as. Got a pop up that said 'Sims 4 has stopped working have to closed the programme. I had no option but to click Closed programme.

Mending the game worked a treat now I can play and it only took 30 seconds to load as before it took 10 minutes wow that all I needed to do thank you so much for telling this I know what to do in future awesome 👍🏻

guess when I tired get my sim to cook power was off so time must of moved when I could not play and bills happened now with been able to play now I paid them

It ok in the build I sold all the excess fruit trees and plant just kept one of every kind it might have been that that was using up too much memory that was making my computer hard to cope even though my computer has a great memory capacity

if anything else does not work i suggest you go to origin game window click right click on sims 4 and click repair Game maybe it will fix it up.....

Right I do that is that at. When open the game at the start or when in the origin? I got it origin account yes I click on repair game but I click on the wrong one the creat a sim demo now it queued so I have to wait and see.

Had share first when I played it started to not respond so I closed my game checked for an update and it nay took a few seconds and all is will again and the best thing is completed all the tasks in the job with still 2 and a half hours to go so finish early and got Susan did a fantastic job got paid over 600 simoleons too

no worries if it happen to freeze again just do the origin game window repair sims 4 game should fix it up
