Sims won’t load

My sims game won’t load with mods. But it loads without it. I’ve gonna thru every mod I’ve had and it’s still not working. But I do get stuck on the game to where it won’t shut off. Like I have to play with no mods and it freezes and crashes out after 1 hour.
