Every time during the day when I try playing the sims I click it and it goes to a white screen and won't click out so I have to restart my whole computer. If I play at night it works, maybe there are too many people during the day? I have uninstalled sims 4 off of EA, repaired the game twice, removed all the mods, and removed "the sims 4" from the EA folder to make a clean one and it still doesn't work. Please help me.
12765222 It sounds like something about your night mode settings is fixing whatever is normally wrong with the game, which I find fascinating. Try extending your night light hours, under Windows Settings > System > Display > Night light. See whether turning it on during the daytime, or at least when you might want to play, makes a difference.
Even if this does help, please provide a dxdiag so I can try to figure out why this helps, or at least who else it might help. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
