Sims4 household and saves vanished

Hi, i have a question I've just gotten a new laptop and have downloaded EA sims4 with all my packs and have loaded the sims up and none of my households/sims are there like they never existed. It loo...

    @roxydog1737  Saves and other user data are stored locally on your computer, not on EA servers.  So to regain access to those saves, you'll need to manually transfer them to the new computer.  I would suggest zipping the folder first regardless of the transfer method.  Right-click and select Send to > Compressed (zip) file, and to unzip, right-click and select Extract.
