@SlimDaGamer Thanks for the dxdiag. Did you recently reset your laptop, or install a new build of Windows or a feature update? I ask because your dxdiag only lists a few Windows errors, not the full ten as is typical. A cleaner app could also remove the data, so if you're using one, please disable it for now.
For the issue itself, please look for updates for your sound drivers. Click Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, open the Audio section, click each device in turn, and click the green and black Update menu button. Repeat for everything under Sound as well. Most devices won't have updates available, which is fine; the point is to force Windows to look. Restart when you're done.
If you get another crash, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most recent attempt to launch Sims 4. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
So I did as you stated and still crashed so here is the info from the Reliability Monitor.

So some basic troubleshooting is in order. Please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit without any obvious problems.
If you get another crash, please try playing with your computer offline. You can sigin into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable.
If that doesn't help either, please post the same Reliability Monitor info.
