sims4 packs; get to work & city living
i bought the packs and have them installed but when i go to worlds there locked and it says need the sims 4 game and see system minimum requirements.

exklusivezai Do you still need help with this issue? If so, please let me know whether you've installed Sims 4 through the EA App or Steam and where you bought the packs.
