Can’t play my current save as it’s saying I don’t have get to work, I’ve done the update I’ve repaired the game, I’ve restarted my whole PC. EA app thinks I don’t own it. Want to cry 😭 can anyone help?

Pleaseeee help 🙏🏼 I’m having this exact same issue and I’ve followed all the steps. Showing I don’t have get to work which I’m sure is the one I first bought years ago 😭
I am also having the same issue tried what they suggested above and nothing has worked
