Start up Configutation Script error
I'm having a problem. My Sims 4 is having a Configuration Script error (6d1778b8:1df4e8dc:00000000:912c9c10) and I've been all around this forum trying to fix it, but nothing has worked. Previously I had the device card error because my graphics card is too new I guess, but after I solved that problem this one came up. I've seen answers saying repair the game or delete what's in the Config override folder but I can't delete anything in the config folder or else I'd be back at square one, and I have tried repairing the game and nothing has worked.
@WilliamSmiles That's exactly it, and the dxdiag shows that one of the graphics drivers is crashing, repeatedly, and the system can't recover it. So please manually uninstall both drivers and reinstall them. Here's how:

You'll need both the Intel Xe graphics driver and the newer Nvidia driver. The order of operations here is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Nvidia driver > restart, all while offline. If this doesn't help, please post a new dxdiag.
