8515ae63e28e448d If you can't link your Steam and EA accounts, then nothing else is going to work here. Can you link the accounts another way, for example on another device? Is the problem that your EA account is already linked to a different Steam account? You can see connected accounts on ea.com, under Account Settings.
If the linking isn't working and you can't figure out why, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help. I would strongly recommend live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try a different category of issue. Alternately, you can use the site without signing in. Some categories allow you to continue without an active login, and those generally offer live chat.
