~~While we look into this issue, please try the following to download and access your DLC:~~

~~- Search for your pack using the EA app search bar~~

~~- Click on the pack in the results~~

~~- Select the Download option~~

EDIT: Also it would be helpful if you could create an Error Report and post your Error Report ID to this thread. Instructions on how to create an Error Report are here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/ea/ea-app/run-ea-error-report/

Hello,

I just bought 4 new game add ons (Paranormal stuff, hustle chef, modern luxe, poolside splash). However, they do not show as bought. My EA account confirms the order has been processed, and the payment has gone through.

I have restarted the EA app, reinstalled it, cleared the cache, and repaired the game. All it says is "buy now".

Live chat (which was impossible to get through to) could not give me a resolution after 45 minutes, and said someone would get back to me, and closed the case. This isn't really great considering the payment has gone through.

Please could someone give me a suggestion?

Okay not mentioning the items you tried. You can download by clicking on the Sims 4 icon in your game library and selecting Manage > Manage Add-ons, then finding the packs on the list.
