Eeve2espeon Please provide a dxdiag, for reference. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Please also let me know whether you have Post Processing (in the graphics settings) enabled or disabled, and whether switching it helps. You'd need to restart the game after changing the setting.
Finally, please list the exact locations in your screenshots, so I can take a look. I know pretty much where the first one is but don't want to line up the shot wrong.
