Strange Question About Predictive Text

Hello all,

So I have a bizarre question I wanted to ask. While playing the Sims 4, I accidentally uploaded a household onto the gallery. All was fine and I took it down. The issue is more regarding the predictive text on the servers after I uploaded the gallery. I made these characters for fun after some characters that I am actually writing about in a novel, so I put a lot of effort into their names and wanted to keep them private. Unfortunately, two predictive text name options pop up if I put the first few letters of their names when searching the galleries. I'm actually not sure why there is two applicable predictive texts when I uploaded only one gallery. I also made sure there was no other household that was similar which may have been triggering it on the gallery.

So my question is this: will these predictive text options clear after a certain period of time due to the gallery no longer being available, or will these predictive text options be there forever for all people searching the gallery? If so, is there a way to remove them?

I also made sure to clear cache and what not to determine whether or not it was just my own personal cache that was triggering it, but it appears to be stuck on the server cache of the gallery.

Sorry, I know this is a really strange question, but it's been nagging at me and sending my OCD into a frenzy.
