Stuck on a loading screen

Hi, since the last update I haven’t been able to load my household in The Sims 4. Whenever I try to start the family, the screen gets stuck on the loading screen and I have to manually close the game...

    adee1899​  Please try adding this mod:

    The error in this LE is exactly the one the mod addresses.

    If it doesn't help, please post another new LE.  It's possible that the save has other issues too, and the milestone issue is just the first one that stops the household from loading, but that getting past it will reveal another problem.

adee1899​  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files there.  Try again to load your main household, and when it doesn't work, look for a new lastexception.  If you find one, open it and delete its first line of text, then attach it to a reply here; or copy the text and paste it into your reply.

Hi, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately even after I've deleted the latest lastexception files, it did not work. However new file was created, this is the text after deleting the first line:
