I click to play normally and it stuck like forever on loading page
it’s not even on the first page yet (the page that allowed you to create new characters or resume)
i just bought new PC for this so no mods or CC download yet
pls help
@superfridayy Try putting the EA App in offline mode but keeping your computer online. If the game still works, try leaving the EA App online but disabling the in-game overlay.
@superfridayy As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop; if the folder copies instead of moving, or you get an error when trying to move it, stop here and let me know.
Otherwise, when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Tried already but it’s not work for me
