Expansion packs across two EA accounts
I bought some expansion packs on a new EA account as I thought I would be unable to recover my old account. I have now been able to recover my old account with other expansion packs on but have been told that I am unable to transfer the packs across to the new account/old account. I obviously do not want to repurchase the packs to have on one account but it is what an EA advisor told me I would have to do as they are not able to transfer packs across.
emmamurphy3103 You can't transfer packs between accounts, but you could merge your new account into your old one. Please contact EA customer support again (and get another live chat going) and specifically ask about merging accounts. Make sure you're absolutely clear on which account you want to stay active and which should be merged.
