Stuck on loading screen after hitting play. DxDiag attached.

Hey, so I'm not actually familiar with the game myself, and just trying to fix this for someone who uses my computer. But I have tried to troubleshoot this as best I could. I am able to launch the game and view all saves however after trying to resume any save it gets stuck on the loading screen. I have attempted to leave this on when I was out for about 2 hours hoping it would load. Sadly it didn't and I was forced to end the task in task manager.

I have viewed other posts and saw the best course of action it to remove "The Sims 4" folder from Documets\Electronic Arts and then launch and have it create a new folder. Even trying to load a new game with the new folder it is still stuck loading. No mods are installed, and I have even checked to make sure nothing is in there except Resource.cfg. There are dlc's purchased through Steam, which I'm not sure would change things.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    https://crinrict.com/blog/2019/02/clean-re-install-of-graphics-drivers-with-display-driver-uninstaller-ddu.html

If that doesn't help, try a slightly older driver; you can find them here:

    https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/

The one from January 27 should be fine and is the last minor release for major version 591, so it's a good bet for being stable and compatible with almost anything else you'd be running.  You'll need to use DDU again to go back to the older driver, so if you want to test with this version first rather than the current one, that's also reasonable.
