Stuck on Loading Screen

serenityhe381​  Can you load a different household within this same save?  Use Load Game to choose one.  If that doesn't work, try a new save.  I'm not saying you need to abandon your main household or save, only that this is a useful comparison.

If only your main household is affected, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see.  Try again to load that household, and if and when it doesn't work (and you can quit after a few minutes), look for a new lastexception.  If you find one, open it and delete the first line of text, then attach it to a reply here using the paper clip (Attachment) icon.
