stuck on "preparing game"

i tried everything. i took out my Mods folder out and deleted it, i reatarted the app, repaired the app, repaired the game, i deleted the game and downloaded it again, i removed tasks from task manager, runned the EA as administrator, tried logging into the game thru files and none seems to work my game is just stuck on "preparing game" and then just coming back to the EA app. every. single. time. im so sickk of it please if someone had been through this and know what should i do help me because i am genuanlly frustrated at this point.
