Tab Camera Suddenly Very Laggy

I've noticed when using the tab camera in the Sims 4, it has become very laggy in the last few weeks. I never used to have problems with lag when using the tab camera. 

When making videos with the Sims 4, i use the tab camera to make seamless 'wipe' transitions from left to right and using a stretch blur in the editing process but the last few weeks it has been impossible to even do this. I play on a laptop with a 3060 RTX Graphics card and the drivers are frequently updated. I don't have issues moving around the world otherwise.

However, i have noticed in the last few weeks that i may have a faulty laptop adapter as i have witnessed it disconnecting and re-connecting on it's own lately so i think the laggy tab camera might have something to do with my AC adapter but i want to know others who use the tab camera have noticed lag as well while i whittle out hardware failures.

    Brd709​  I haven't seen other reports of this issue, which could mean it's on your end or simply that not enough people use this reliably enough to notice or care.

    Are you saying that your charger isn't working properly, that your laptop is intermittently acting as if it's running on battery before reconnecting?  If so, try blowing out the socket with compressed air, make sure the cord isn't dangling, and try a different power outlet or surge protector.
