How can i add tattoo without creation mod? How put i tattoos on already made sims? Can smb help?

for sims in your library start a new game just bring them into the CAS add the tattoo then save again to your library
you'll need to use a cheat for sims already made in game

i tried this myself and i was able to change/add/remove tattoo's

"This cheat is currently bugged and sets the relationship for children to be their parents siblings. This can’t be changed back so do not use on families."I have not found confirmation of a fix yet.
