Terrain won't rise
Hello, does anyone know why the terrain won't rise? It simply stays flat (I can lower it too). Everywhere else on the lot the terrain tools work as they should...

Use shift to reduce the radius of the circle. If you have these high 2 hills in the area of lifting the rest of the area will not rise. You can also use terrain leveling from the level of these mountains.
