Testing cheats true messing up mouse sensitivity

I removed my mods so it’s not the mods I removed overlays I’ve done everything and I’ve noticed that the second I turned testing cheats on the mouse sensitivity is so high that the game is unplayable...

Yes, and still nothing is working. I literally have no clue what else it could be.
