I also encountered the same situation as you and they just replied to me: "There are no solutions currently."

My computer works well, high configuration. Especially recently there was no problem until the recent update of the new version

Today I went in and even logging into the game I couldn't. It would automatically log out. I think I will have to quit the game from today
