Zetterstrom00 So with the third save, the game still crashes when you try to load into a household? If that's the case, try loading a different household within that save.
Please also let me know whether you get a lastexception file when you try to load your main household in this save. The files are in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. Best practice is to delete the ones you currently have, then try again to load the household and see whether you get a new one.
Important: the game crashes not when trying to load the family, but a few seconds after loading the family.

The file with the error (lastexception) does not appear now.
Now the file with the error does not appear, but I still have 2 files with the error from the original problem (I had mods installed at the time, but they've been removed and the game has been reinstalled.)
