The Sims 4 25th Birthday Celebration items were available in game on February 4th. On February 5th, when I opened the game, all items were removed and could not be found in the game. As of today (February 6th), the items are still missing from the game.
What platform are you playing on ?

Could you check the following folder: Documents\electronic arts\the sims 4\content.
Do you have any files in there ?
Yes, there are some files in that folder
Having same issue, none of new items are appearing, but the new house refreshes show, tried clearing cache, repairing game, and full reinstall with no luck, have to admit i'm glad its not just mine, but really annoying as wanted to build with new kitchen set
I've done all troubleshooting, just tried this fix and they now appear: Sims 4 New Update New Items | EA Forums - 11873298
It's going to documents>Electronic Arts and deleting content folder then go into game and it prompts that an update is happening and then you are told you need to restart game, this fixed for me
Thank you for this! This seemed to fix it once, but when I went back into the game a second time I got the same error. I really hope I don't need to delete the Content folder every time I want to play this Sims now ...
