White screen Sims 4

Samadhi_Oleks  The advice about Config.log is unhelpful anyway.  The file is output only—the game writes to it but doesn't read it, so editing it doesn't accomplish anything.

If you have a newer HP gaming laptop, Victus or Omen, please try the suggestions in these posts:

Or put the laptop in night mode before trying to play.

Otherwise, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.

If that doesn't help either, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

I tried everything from this first link, doesn't help.

I tried to do from second link - i have no the game in this list and i cannot add it there. 

Also i have tried to start it in the night mode, not works.

What do you mean "just start a new save and see how it runs."? Which new save? 

I also have downloaded other game from EA, to see, if it will have the same problem, but its not and starting good. This is the problem inside Sims which came with this new update. I have new gaming computer OMEN so for me is very strange that this problem came. Its like something dont letting the game to start

I did all steps till this moment. This i cannot understand at all what to do. Im so sorry, im not so intelligent in the computers 😭

Samadhi_Oleks  When I said "start a new save and see how it runs," I meant exactly that, but that (clean folder test) was the part that applied if you did NOT have an HP gaming laptop.  Let's continue in the other thread, since you have the same problem as everyone else there.

For your last screenshot, it looks like you're using the Nvidia App.  The instructions are for the Nvidia Control Panel, which is a different application.
