White screen Sims 4

I already dont know what to do. On Tuesday, 04.02.2025 the game Sims 4 stopped opening. A white screen appears and nothing can be done. I have already deleted and re-downloaded the game several times, the EA app, deleted absolutely all the mods, updated absolutely all the drivers, tried to solve the problem through the NVIDIA application, checked the integrity of the files twice in the Steam program.

Also i saw some advice here in forum "- Go to C:\Users\User\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
- Copy the config.log file and paste it to the desktop temporarily.
- Open the config.log file still in The Sims 4 folder." - but i dont have this file "config.lod. I cannot do this

Please help.
