The sims 4: Cats & Dogs Expansion Pack
My pets aren’t able to breed because there is no "Be nice to..." or "Encourage breeding with..." interactions available for any of them.
Even when all requirements are met: enough space is in household, and their relationship with household Sim is high enough, and they are un-neutered and opposite genders. I don’t have any cc, there is simply no option on any pet for "Be nice to..." or "Encourage breeding with...".
