the sims 4 crash when i try to launch it

so the sims 4 wont launch, i re downloaded it and still wont open, i checked my documents since thats where it was located and notice instead of Electronic Arts, its "The Sims 4" instead of electronuc arts.

i tried to rename it like one of the solutions I found in this forum but it didnt work be cause it says that the file is open, i dont know why. i tried to repair the sims 4 and the ea app but it didnt work
