first thing: I brought the Growing together pack in 2023 when it came out. there was a problem with the payment, it still took out money from my account ITS STILL BEING PROCESSED
second thing: is when I went to check my Sims 4 game a couple months ago. the screen turned all dark and cracked, it only happens when I click on the sims its not my computer
when I tried to ask EA for help they have been useless and not helped me
maygangray3 Sorry for the late reply. You'll need to go back to EA customer support for the purchase issue, unfortunately. You'll need the live chat option; if you don't see it, try the "I need help loading my game" option.
For the issue with playing, please post a screenshot, or a photo if the screenshot doesn't show the problem. Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
