The Sims 4 for Mac - Redeem Code Already Used

Question

I have purchased The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe ediiton for PC back when the game first launched. Now that the Sims 4 is for Mac, I am trying to Redeem My Code to play on Mac. First, I do not see the game on 'My Games' and &nbsp;have reloaded it several times. Secondly, when I go in to Redeem my Product Code, Origins tells me that the code has already been used. Help me please! I though Mac users can play at no additional cost if they have already bought the PC version!!

Are you sure you logged in with the correct account ? &nbsp;Use your email address instead of username.Log out completely, turn off Origin and restart it. Then try logging in again. If that doesn't work either, reinstall Origin
Also make sure your games are not hidden and games and platforms is set to all.
