"The Sims 4 Get to work" disappeared of My Games

Well, hello everybody. I'm sorry if my English isn't very good.

A few days ago I bought "The Sims 4 Get to work" which was installed and played by me without problems until a day, when it was uninstalled and disappeared of My Games. The order appears like "Completed" and the pay was made. So, why did my game disappear? Or, at least, how can I recover it? Did some of you suffer the same problem? I'm very frustated.

All on the Sims 4 will go under one picture in the 'My games' tab in Origin, try this:
- Go to the 'my games' tab in Origin.
- Hover over your 'The Sims 4'.
You'll see a little screen come up with an 'i' and a 'play/download/install' button.
- Click on the 'i', you'll get a different screen.
- Scroll a bit down and you'll see your expansions and other stuff.

I'm having the same problem. I just opened up Origin to play and after it updated Get to Work disappeared from my games list.

I had the same problem but reinstalled Origin and that has solved the problem!

the problem is when i want to repaired it through origin,but the games is not in my game list,none of it.how should i repaired this?😢
