The Sims 4 Holiday celebration pack

It says it is freee but it won't let me play it or install it is any one else having this problem.  i need help please

    What happens if you log out from the account, can you log in manually and choose everything correct to login then? I don't think you can have two accounts on the same email address, there's usually a fail-safe for that. Maybe you have used another email? 🙂

    I think I typed in my parents email instead of mine 😅😅 I'll see if it work later thank you.
