the sims 4 invisible top glitch

I downloaded some cc dresses for the sims 4 as well as, hair, skin tones etc. While I was searching which outfit to pick on my sim I weirdly got the simvisible top by Snaitf (which you can download, which I certainly did not). PS. Only for the female sims.
I supposed it is a glitch which I want to get rid of so badly!!
I tried every thing to get rid of this I almost deleted all of my cc and nothing worked D: I actually tried to delete the files called cache, cachestr every file that end up with cache basically, and the "glitch" I suppose still shows up.
Do anyone know how I can fix this? I would appreciate it.
