"The Sims 4 isn't responding" randomly when rotating or moving the camera.

I've been 2 weeks with the same issue, and it's that the game randomly freezes and says "The Sims 4 isn't responding". I checked Windows Reliability Monitor and says it's an "AppHangB1" error. I can ...

Nope, yesterday I travelled lots of times and nothing happened. It's when moving/rotating the camera, sometimes it happens after traveling and sometimes it happens just randomly in my house.

Are playing in Windowed mode or fullscreen? 

Again trying to narrow down possibilities.

    Now I'm playing in Windowed mode and the issue seems to be less frequent, but still happening. In fullscreen happens too.

    Are you playing on a high graphics setting? If so, trying bumping it down.
