the sims 4 not starting / loading and crash

Are you using any mods in your game ? Does it crash on the first loading screen or when you try to load a save game ?

Were you ever able to play ok ?

in sims 4 i have played with 0 mods and 0 cheats it starts in windowed mode, black image, then error followed by the sims4 stoped working  i was able in start of sims 4 

EDIT: i played in window mode on the desktop because it is a dual display and  it is better with windowed in me experience

Maybe there's a new issue with that ? They're crashing started later but it's worth a try.

He did get longer then me as the game is not loading and i only use two displays  not two gpu's , i have disable one monitor and tested like that without it worked 

So it works on one monitor but not if you use two ? Did it work with two before ?

same issue if i have 1 or two displays, did add the part about it since it was why it started in windowed mode from me settings i have 

and before when it did work i used two displays where sims was windowed on display 1 / main display

Clean boot was tried, did not work, same issue

Do you have any crash logs in your user folder ?

I can't really read them but maybe if you contact an EA tech advisor they find the cause.
