Hello, my game is not working. I can start TS4 and also go to saved games and households, but tje mouse won't point and click. I even tried to delete all my mods, reinstall and repair the game, but...

nayshaytt000 Please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs, that is if you can get that far.
If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Witcher-iwnl- Please try the clean folder as described above, and if doesn't help, provide a dxdiag. Please also describe what happens when you try to play. If you get an error message, post a screenshot.
I have renamed the folder The Sims 4, which created a new folder and deleted all my saves, mods and cc from the game. That probably means that there were some corrupted files or saves. The issue of the game not working has been resolved, but now I can't write cheats in the cheats bar.
