auvbri Do you currently have CPU Turbo Boost enabled? I ask because I see one crash that looks like the overclocking issue I mentioned earlier. Please double-check the BIOS setting in case it reverted, which could happen if you updated your BIOS again.
Please also run a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
If that doesn't help, please try the clean boot again—your dxdiag lists a few different crashes of other software, and these may or may not be affecting Sims 4. Don't open anything else the first time around, but if the game is stable overall, you can start adding back your recording software and anything else you actually need to have running while you play.

I have also been running the checks you asked, in this is the result that I got:

There was no updates to windows.
So I have tried to run the game without "playing" it, to see if it would close down, and then started to slowly add OBS and such. as of now, 10 min of actually playing the game while recording without the game shutting down, so that's good news
