potatomad1 I belatedly realized that you also posted on Answers HQ, saying that repairing the game after setting the antivirus exceptions helped. If that's the end of it, then you don't need to reinstall.
If you need further help, let me know, but please stick to one site—I'm not great with usernames and don't always realize I'm talking to the same person in two places, especially if the issue being discussed is somewhat common.
