Trouble keeping ''enable mods and cc'' on after update

Everytime I open the Sims 4 after the update with an up to date mod or cc in there, the ''enable cc'' in options is turning itself off everytime i restart the game to get it to work. It doesn't say that their out of date or that theres something wrong with them, it just won't keep the ''enable cc and mods'' on but it does keep the script mods option on. Is this just me??
