Trouble logging into Sims 4
My friend helped me download origin onto my laptop so I could play sims off of her account and it worked great. I didn't have any problems at all. I recently tried logging in and it tells me the credentials have expired. I'm not sure exactly what that means or what to do. I tried logging in just now and it tells me I must be online when logging in for the first time (Online login is currently available). It says nothing about the credentials being expired. I also had tried looking up how to fix it and one video I watched told me to delete some files. I'm hoping that doesn't stop my chances of fixing it. I don't know much about computers and any kind of help would be very much appreciated!

downloading the game from someone else's Origin account is not allowed. Those are one-user licenses and your friend is the one that uses that license.
To be able to play the game, you'll need to buy your own game.
