Trouble with EA APP

Is anyone having trouble logging into their game from EA app?  This is the second time that I had repair my Sims4 game and I got two error messages.  I followed all the instructions the first time and I got it working but it happened again today.

First error message: Failed to create folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\ 

and here is the second picture below: in tiny red print Permission Error

So far  I had to uninstall both Sims4 game as well as EA app. and then reinstall it and it worked fine until now.  And now its doing it again.  So what is going on?

    Fengjui  These errors are both typically antivirus-related, so please set an exception in yours for EADesktop.exe.  Set exceptions for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, or the entire Bin folder they're in.  You may need to repair the game again afterwards.
