I am trying to play sims 4 again and when I went on they had me redownload it again and when I did, all of my expansion packs were gone but my progress for my gameplay was saved telling me I couldn't play without those expansion packs and game packs! I am not buying them again. Can someone please help? I tried restarting it and repairing it.

If you are sure you're logging in to the same EA account you used to play with, you could try to clear the cache and check on the EA app and in-game in the marketplace for the expansions you purchased.
If you can't find the expansions anymore and you're asked to buy them again, please check in with the Customer Support team by selecting the Contact us button at the bottom of this guide to find missing games.
