TS4 game has not been working for weeks

For a few weeks now, I have not been able to play my TS4 game. The start screen is frozen and the mouse will not move. I have tried everything including clearing my cache, moving my TS4 folder to desktop, moving my Mods folder, updating the game and even repairing the game. I have attached the dxdiag.txt for my PC, so if anyone can help me, please help me.
