Unable to download content I have purchased.
Hello. I've had this issue for years and I have not been able to find a solution. I purchased Discover University on release, and was able to play it perfectly fine when Sims was on Origins. However, after the switch to EA, my pack is glitched and is not downloadable.
It says I own the pack and I cannot repurchase it. I go to download the pack, and it loads indefinitely until eventually it gives me a pop up that I "do not have access" to the content. It's very confusing. I have tried the trick of clearing out the installer data, I have cleared my cache, I have gone through manage downloads, everything I could find on here, and I have been unsuccessful.
Any assistance or help would be appreciated. It is one of my favorite packs that has been released since I began playing in 2017. I miss playing it very much.
I ended up being able to repurchase the pack on Steam, and I'm remaining on there. The EA app is extremely glitchy. Unfortunate that I had to do so, but this is a 7 year old problem that was solved by being on a different platform.
