Unable to find my last game

Just got a new PC and loaded EA and Sims4 again. But the last game I played does not appear when I click "Load game" from the menu. Only a very old game shows. Anyone has advice on how to retrieve m...

Since you can not retrieve your old save there is nothing you can do unless you made a backup online or on a removable drive.

Thanks. Thing is my old laptop crashed and I can only retrieve my game from January 2022 and not from when the computer crashed in October 2022. I am a noobie and a bit lost.
